
Under the type ATT500.W.X.Y.Z we present the development of new AQUATRACE®- humidity transmitters for trace moisture measurement. They operate on the basis of the proven P2O5 - sensors and can therefore be used in all gases, including chlorine gas. The large number of variants enables precise adjustment to your job.
The presented development of humidity transmitter was based on the proven P2O5 sensor technology. The transmitter complies with the standard requirements for monitoring the gas moisture in protection gas, inerting and reaction atmospheres.
In the range of 0-500 Vppm an analog output signal of 4 - 20 mA is available. Using a serial interface, the transmitter can be adapted / configured to the specific conditions of use. The trace moisture in gases can be characterized with [ppm] or with the dew point temperature [°C].
The AQUATRACE®-transmitter can be used in the best known way as a measurement cell made from PVDF or SS in bypass mode, or in the version with flange for inline operation in systems with pipe flange KF25 or KF40. See also ATT520V Split version

A special feature of our new transmitter is the sensor material, which consists of chemically resistant ZrO2 and is therefore suitable for HF-containing gases. The interdigital electrode structure of the conductors ensures maximum precision and a very good performance of the sensor.
