The SDHmini-Ex is the perfect handheld hygrometer for accurate and reliable measurements of dew point in compressed air and process gas, suitable for use in a wide range of industries including power generation, semiconductor manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries.
The rugged housing contains the SHAW humidity sensor, desiccant drying chamber assembly, and gas sampling ports. Additionally, advanced signal conditioning circuitry, memory management and a full-color graphical LCD display are integrated. An integrated rechargeable lithium-ion battery provides over 150 hours of continuous use when fully charged and the hygrometer charges via USB or plug type depending on geographical location. The intuitive menu system is easy to use and can be displayed in the following ten languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Italian, Chinese, Japanese and Korean.
This dew point hygrometer features real-time data logging with download function to PC and up to 300,000 readings can be captured and displayed via USB. Integration of Bluetooth interfaces for PC communication and printing with a compatible Bluetooth printer is also available. Its powerful microelectronics, selectable engineering units, intuitive menu structure and integration of the SHAW AutoCal function enable the operator to obtain a meaningful reading in 5-10 minutes.

With an effortless docking arrangement, the SDHmini portable sample system (SDH-PSS) is easy to install and simple to setup. Fully configurable, including a flow indicator, optional filter unit and optional pressure regulator. Mounted on a chassis manufactured from high quality stainless steel with stainless steel pipework and internal fittings. The SDH-PSS is specifically designed to condition pressurised gas samples (2,900psi max/200 barg) and fully compatible with the SDHmini portable hygrometer range – standard, logging and intrinsically safe.
