The FTC300 is a thermal conductivity analyzer with outstanding properties for measuring tasks in process analytics. The device is characterized by high measurement accuracy and stability. It has a comfortable operating menu that allows you to adjust, parameterize and configure without much effort. In addition, operator and data access via an RS232 interface are possible, as well as various analog signal inputs and outputs. The robust design of the FTC300 is designed in protection class IP65 and enables operation at ambient temperatures of -20 ° C to + 50 ° C and is pressure-resistant up to 20 bar. For the measurement of hydrogen in nitrogen, the smallest measuring range is 0 to 0.5 vol.%.

The thermal conductivity analyzer FTC300 can be set up in such a way that switching between different measuring tasks is possible. Concentration determination in up to 16 different binary gas mixtures is possible. This option can be ordered under the keyword “Multi Gas Mode”.

The FTC300 provides a highly effective routine for cross-sensitivity compensation, which can be flexibly adapted to the respective measurement task. It requires as an input external voltage signal, which represents the concentration of the cross-sensitivity causing gas components.
