In order to always be able to offer the best and most modern solution for the respective customer requirements in the areas of trace moisture measurement in gases, gas measurement and gas detection as well as gas analysis, we invest a lot of time and money in research and development. We are pleased that we are receiving funding for the BSFZ (Research Allowance Certification Office), commissioned by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF). This funding pot only supports companies that carry out innovative and risky research and development in-house.
Qualification of hydrogen
This setup represents part of the clean and innovative solutions that drive the production of green hydrogen. H2Powercell https://lnkd.in/ep4rdksp develops state-of-the-art and truly green hydrogen producers covering all aspects of the value chain: solar energy, hydrogen production, hydrogen storage and the generation of electrical energy from hydrogen.
On the picture below, H2Powercell is testing its latest electrolyser setup with our advanced analysis system for continuous real-time monitoring of hydrogen purity.
Our partner LFE https://lnkd.in/eydJQ68v builds high-precision thermal conductivity analyzers for measuring hydrogen purity at H2-Powercell, among other things. The CONTHOS 3 TCD from LFE covers the totality of impurities in green hydrogen as a sum value. By combining it with our AQUATRACE® moisture sensors from the OTT-520 oxygen analyzer, the residual contamination such as nitrogen can be calculated with the CONTHOS.
These real-time data from gas analysis systems enable H2Powercell to optimize your system, make it more efficient and improve performance. At the same time, through the partnership with H2Powercell, DKS and LFE gain valuable insights to further develop and improve our gas analyzers, so that they remain the best solutions for the entire value chain of green hydrogen.
